Intro to Virtual Pilates Package

This package is for anyone who wants to start pilates virtually. Starting with an initial virtual private session, the teacher and student will begin with a short discussion about starting pilates, and go over how to set up the camera and the mat for best placement for virtual classes. The pilates session will consist of pilates fundamentals and the beginner pilates mat exercises, as well as exercises that specifically address the individual student’s wants and needs. This package is available to anyone new to private pilates sessions.
