The Rhinebeck Pilates studio is located in Dutchess County, New York, between Albany and Poughkeepsie across the Hudson River from Kingston. We are about 2 hours north of New York City.

We are located at 6400 Montgomery St, on the second floor. We are upstairs above the Rhinebeck Department Store and downstairs below Satya Yoga.
