Naja Cori
Naja Cori was a student of The Pilates Studio, then became a Contrology teacher under the tutelage of Joseph Pilates. He later trusted her to run the Henri Bendel’s studio on 5th Avenue. After she no longer taught pilates at Henri Bendel’s she continued to teach what she called Body Economics elsewhere. Image first shared on June 15, 2022.
