Sean Gallagher came to the studio and taught an amazing workshop on using foam rollers and balls for self massage- most of what he taught and techniques he shared with us were things I have never heard or tried before, it was super interesting and helpful to my own personal aches and pains. This workshop was based on Sean’s own work and techniques he has developed over the last 30 years as a Physical Therapist. The workshop really enhanced my knowledge of how body rolling works and the real techniques behind it and why we should do it or teach it as an adjunct to pilates. If you ever have the chance to take this workshop with Sean, do it!
