5 In-Studio Privates with a Senior Teacher  | $485

The best way to begin a pilates practice is with private sessions, one-on-one in the studio with a teacher who you can share your goals with, and who has your best physical and mental interests in mind.

After your initial privates, you may decide to continue with one-on-one sessions, or you may feel ready to join a small group or class. Either way, we’re here to guide you into your lifelong journey into the pilates method.
