Spine Corrector and Bench Mat Poster Available Now!
Sold as a set or individually, these posters are currently the only way to read, in Joe’s words, descriptions for doing his exercises on the Spine Corrector and Bench Mat. The drawings depict Joe himself on the equipment as example and were originally sold along with the equipment, as charts for working out at home.
