This past teacher training weekend was an extra special one when Jennifer DeLuca brought most of her staff from Body Tonic with her to Rhinebeck to hang out and practice pilates with us! This was extra fun for me because I used to be a teacher at Body Tonic myself! The Body Tonic teachers were great fun and great teachers, offering assistance to the apprentice teachers in Rhinebeck, and just overall fun to be around in general. I hope they come back again!
