It’s true! I love how pilates is so perfectly simple. It doesn’t need to be complicated to work or to stay interesting. Of course, some exercises have more choreography than others and are more challenging. But in the end, they are all really about the same thing- core stability challenged by added mobility. And that translates to healthy biomechanics and functional movement in everyday life!
